The agreement, in plain words.
This is the whole agreement, written so anyone can understand it. No fine print, no hidden terms, nothing buried. If anything here is unclear, ask me before you sign and I will explain it.
What this is
You get real coaching, the same work I do with paying clients, at no cost. In return, you give me permission to record our sessions and communication and to share them publicly so other people can learn from them. That is the entire trade. No money changes hands.
What you give me
Permission to record our sessions and our communication, and to publish and share that material publicly, including on places like YouTube.
What I give you
The full coaching, with the same care and depth as any paying client receives. After each session you also receive the complete recording, and a window of seven days to decide what happens with it before anything is published.
Your seven days of final say
For seven days after you receive a recording, you are in control of it. Within that window you can ask me to:
- Cut, blur, beep, or redact any part you would rather not have shared, and I will do it.
- Keep a specific moment private while the rest goes out.
- Not publish the recording at all. If you tell me that within the seven days, it never goes out, no reasons needed.
If part of a published session needs context after something is removed, I will only say that we discussed something you preferred to keep private, without revealing what it was.
If you change your mind
Within those same seven days you have two more options. If the coaching turned out to be valuable and you would rather keep it to yourself, you can choose to pay for it as private coaching instead, and it stays private. You never have to. You can also simply ask me not to release it and keep it free and unreleased. The choice is always yours.
After the seven days, the recording is technically mine to publish. But respecting what people want matters more to me than the letter of that. If you ever change your mind later, reach out and tell me what you are thinking, and I will do my honest best to work something out with you.
Cost
None. Free public coaching is free. Your permission to share is the only thing you give.
